WPW 747 - Hayley McNeff [Digital Download]

Hayley is one of the more impressive young (only 21) competitors to come around in a while- in 2009 she won both the Delaware and Maryland State Open contests, and will compete nationally in 2010. We had our photo/video session with her in late summer 2009, when she was still in near-contest shape after her shows. At 5'2" she checked in at a lean 140 pounds featuring very good shapes and size, particularly for her age. She trains heavy and retained a lot of her strength as seen during the gymwork, where she opens with an easy 20 chins, racks the pulldown machine and curled 100 pounds for reps before doing repwork for other lifts. After the workout Hayley hits the shots in her bikini and three dress items, showing off a very impressive upper body and calves in particular. Interview also included. Video/DVD runs 2 hours.
