WPW 697 - Pam Howard [DVD]

Pam has been competing in Canada for about 10 years and has won her class in recent years. For this April 2007 session Pam was in her big off-season condition at 5'7" 165 pounds and is one of the very few women in the sport who has 17" arms. The 43 year old Toronto resident does some rep and max lifting in the gym followed by posing in a leotard and two dresses and is interviewed. Video/DVD runs 1 1/5 hours.
