WPW 682 - Michele Neil & Carla Haug (contains all of 375) [Digital Download]

We met, and did this work with Dr. Michele Neil at the 2006 US Championships, where she placed a most impressive second in her heavyweight class. She won the Oklahoma State Championships in 2005 and 2006, and was in the '05 Junior Nationals, but is now considered one of the top amateurs on the scene today. At 5'4" 150 pounds, the 38 year old showed off a complete physique onstage and for our camera, and as usual for even the national women, a special nod to her very impressive upper body. Michele's work was done at the meet hotel, so we don’t have any gymwork, but she poses in her bikini and two dresses, and is interviewed. Her footage runs about 40 minutes, so to fill out this release, we added footage of a woman who is a very good match to Michele- our work with Carla Haug from 2002. Carla is taller at 5'7", but her 160+ plus weight is ripped and full, easily one of the best women ever who was never able to turn pro. Carla's footage includes very heavy gymwork, posing in many outfits, her stage routine at the '99 US Championships and her interview. Our other title for Carla (WPW Video-476) is also now available on DVD for the first time. Video/DVD runs 2 hours.

WPW 375: We met Toni at the 1998 Extravaganza Strength contest, but did not do our sessions with her until 1999. In April '99 she checked in off-season at 5'3" 135 pounds and she was very strong in the gym- a lot of easy chins and very heavy benching, curls, leg pressing, etc. This was followed by posing in several outfits. In June, she was in ripped contest shape for the Junior Nationals, and we finished up with her there- more posing in bikini and dresses, featuring very impressive chest, arm and back shots, and deep-cut abs. Also included is her strong lifting in the Strength contest, her stage routine at the Junior Nationals and interview. Toni was able to turn pro a few years later, and continues to compete at a high level as an IFBB pro going into the 2010 season.
