WPW 649 - Krista Smith [DVD]

We met Krista at a show in early 2005, at which time she said she would be doing the Team Universe in NY in August. We had a half-day with her after the show enabling us to do gymwork, posing in a bikini and two dresses and an interview. The gymwork features some strength tandem work with Karen Zaremba, then her own repwork to get pumped up for the posing. At 5’5” and 143 pounds, she is one of the larger figure women and displays very good muscularity for figure, particularly her biceps, triceps, back and calves…and in person she reminded us facially of another Smith – the actress Jacklyn, making Krista one of the best overall figure packages of all time.
