There are quite a few women now who can bench more than 300 pounds..but how many are 53 years old?? None. As Kelly became the first woman ever to bench that (she has now done 320 and says she will do 350 before the end of the year) as a 50+ year old. Not only is benching 300+ pounds tough, try doing it at her bodyweight – 150 pounds at the time, at 5’5”. Kelly has also been a very top bodybuilder for many years (starting in 1982) and won the 1995 Junior USA and was 4th in the USA in 2001, when we did our first video with her (still available). For this session, Kelly was in her off-season at the 155-pound weight, and works up to a 315-pound bench in the gym, followed by some repwork (14 easy chins), then poses in a couple bikinis and a few dresses. We already knew she had a terrific upper body (16” biceps) but since she has been power lifting her back and chest are unreal, and she even had some abs at this bodyweight. Kelly is one of a kind – a good-looking woman in her 50’s who can bench more than double her bodyweight and is a top bodybuilder as well. Tape/DVD runs 100 minutes.
