WPW 612 - Dena Westerfield [Digital Download]

Den won the 2003 Junior Nationals, and we did a photo/video shoot with her at that event, in top contest shape. Here, we got her in her VERY strong off-season shape (5’2” 155 pounds), yet she was still defined enough to show abs!! Dena is 33 years old and is a chiropractor in St. Louis. The gymwork is some of the best we ever taped, as she is one of the strongest women ever-how about 20 pullups, then 20 chins right away, racking the lat pulldown and tricep machines (with extra plates), benching 275 for 6, bodyweight curls for reps, and maybe most impressively, 15 easy reps with 1500 pounds for leg presses. We think she could have done 2000, but she did not want to risk injury, as she is getting ready for the Nationals. After the gymwork, Dena hits the shots in a bikini and two dresses, and is interviewed. Tape/DVD runs about 1-½ hours.
