This tape features three fitness contests from 1997- the Jan Tana Pro and the US Championships and Nationals amateur events. The Tana contest includes the entire prejudging and finals and some of the women competing were Melissa Frabbile, Ursula Henry, Theresa Hessler, Leisha Dillard, Stephanie Worsfold and three bodybuilding-to-fitness crossovers- Skye Ryland, Michele Ralabate and Laura Bass. For the USA the entire show is shown, but the finals only for the Nationals. Some of the women you may recognize include Barbara Moran, Charlene Rink, Summer Kalish, Amy Blee, Minna Lessig, early Lindsay Mulinazzi, Sheena Forkner , Lisa Lowe, Mary Conradson/Yockey, Jennifer Hendershott and many others.
