We met Doughdee in 1983 and had already released several videos with her over the next 10 years after that. Footage here is from two distinct sessions in 1992-1993- our own WPW video work, and we added her Ray Martin video #19 to fill out this 2 1/2 hour release. Doughee was in her typical off-season weight at 5'2" 160+ pounds, and in addition to posing in one-pieces and dresses (now as a blonde !) and her interview, she did heavy lifting in the gym and some interesting martial arts posing moves. Then, her 'adagio workout session' with Diana Dennis follows (same footage is on Diana's 227), which includes adagio type posing and the women taking turns lifting each other overhead, etc. The Ray Martin video was called 'At Home With Doughee' and she took the videographer through a typical 'day in her life', including more bodybuilding posing off-season and practicing her martial arts moves, handstands, flips, heavy bag, etc. Doughdee was well into her 40's here, but you could never tell it from her face and incredible 'go for it' attitude- she might have been the most unique and versatile physique athlete ever.

RM 19: Doughdee was one of the most unique women bodybuilders of all time.. She was about 5'3" and usually between 140-180 pounds. She only competed twice, in the very early 80's, but after that was mostly known for her size and acts of strength. Here, we take you through a 'Day at Home with Doughdee' where she does bodybuilding posing, some 'heavy bag' punching and other martial arts skills. This RM footage runs 1 hour, and when combined with the WPW footage on WPW 228, the WPW DVD 228 runs a total of 2 1/2 hours.
