Shana was the youngest (18) woman we did work with (other footage of her is on WPW 329), and the high school senior was just starting her fitness career after a lot of success in the log-rolling sport. A couple of photographers, and one woman bodybuilder, assist her during her posing scenes, but Shana was way ahead of the game regarding her karate movements and flexibility. In addition, as for other fitness competitors, Shana demonstrated very strong strength movements, such as walking on her hands, handstand pushups and an easy set of 40 regular pushups. She poses a pretty good fitness physique for her age, showing off a good upper body, including biceps and abs. She also does a lot of posing, gymwork and an interview on her WPW video. This RM footage runs 1 hour, and when combined with the other footage of her, and Ocean Bloom (another teenager) on WPW 329, the DVD runs a total of 2 hours.
