The first five Fitness Company videos were taped by freelancers, but this title was done by the WPW videographer, John Nafpliotis and is the 'WPW video format' is obvious, featuring all posing bodybuilding-style, gymwork and interviews. Marla (along with Debbie Kruck) was the top fitness woman of the early 90's, and this footage was taken in 1992 when she was at her very best. Her combination of physique, beauty and camera presence was hard to beat. Alyssa, a top amateur newcomer was right in Marla's league also, and both women feature very upper level muscularity for fitness at the time. Both women were about 5'5" 120 pounds showing off very appealing shapes and grooming. Marla and Alyssa work out tandem in the gym, pose in swimsuits/dresses, and are interviewed.
