Theresa started off winning 'Bikini' contests at the beach in Maryland, then quickly moved up the fitness contest ladder, turning IFBB pro in short order. This was around 1996- and we did this work with her in contest shape at the time of the Fitness Ms. Olympia that year. At 5'6" 135 she was in perfect shape, showing off beautiful shapes and leanness- she was best known for her chiseled abs, but her biceps, back, calves, etc, were also quite good. For her 75 minutes she poses bodybuilding-style in many outfits, does repwork in the gym and is interviewed. At the time of this release, Jeannie's WPW video 190 was deleted from stock, so we added nearly all that footage here. Jeannie had a similar 'look; to Theresa, though she was somewhat more muscular.
