WPW 687 - Kate Baird [Digital Download]

Kate has only been training seriously for bodybuilding and powerlifting for two years, and she has quickly put her name on the map (she is from Delaware..) as one of the top bodybuilding/powerlifting combos in the sport today. We had this photo/video session with her a week after she competed in the 2006 NPC Nationals, so she was still in close contest shape at about 5'4" 150 pounds. She didn't place well in the bodybuilding show, possibly because of too much muscularity, but she was a great and friendly model for us as she did repwork in the gym (lots of easy pullups and chins) then posed in a bikini and two attractive dress items, showing off evenly distributed muscle, though with a special nod to a superior upper body.During the interview she admitted to being 'about 40' and that she will be getting into her massive powerlifting mode during early 2007, at which time we will do more work with her.
