WPW 684 - Trudy Ireland [Digital Download]

This was our third full photo/video session with the mighty Trudy, who always shows up ripped and very vascular no matter what her weight. For this session she was in top contest shape (5'4" 155 or so pounds) as she had just competed in the 2006 Teen, Collegiate and Masters Nationals, and her condition was right on and very impressive, particularly since she is turning 50!! She is always incredible at chinning, and after that we do a rep workout while giving her chocolate, with the result being some of the most vascularity we have ever seen. As for many women, her upper body is the more impressive, featuring huge 16" arms as well as classic back, tricep and chest development- but, the lower body is nearly as good- well developed thighs and great calves- one of the most developed women of all time.
