WPW 622 - Mindi O’Brien [Digital Download]

Mindi O’Brien has been competing in amateur fitness contests in Canada for several years, winning the overall Canadian title in 2004, thus becoming an IFBB pro. There has not been much on her in the press yet, but due to a few shots out there she has quite a following as she has become known as one of the most muscular fitness women ever, and might have the best biceps for any figure/fitness woman to date. In the gym, it was mostly repwork to get her pumped up, but she is a very strong chinner and can also bench press her 135 pound bodyweight (she is 5’4”) for MANY reps – more than many of the big bodybuilders who have been in the strength shows. She then hits the shots bodybuilding style (terrific back, great calves, etc) in a bikini and two dresses, and is interviewed. Combining her physique, unreal looks and friendly personality, all we can say if she can’t make it in the sport, no one can. Video/DVD runs 100 minutes.
