Kylie has never competed in a bodybuilding show – we were introduced to her by a fan, and we were impressed by her size as we have not done that much work withy women 5’1” who weight 165 pounds – true off-season weight!! Obviously, this was her photo/video shoot, but was a quick learner and was hitting the shots like a pro after awhile, and how may women can you name who have 16” biceps and 28” thighs on a woman that short?? The gymwork included some strong lifts (particularly chins, 1000 pound leg presses, etc), followed by posing in her two-piece and three dress items, and an interview. Video/DVD runs 100 minutes.
