WPW 490 - Rosemary Jennings [Digital Download]

Rosemary competed as Rosemary Cheeseman when competing in local/regional contest in New Jersey and New York in the 1990's, but has been better known as Rose Jennings during the 2000s, at which time she had a lot of success on the national level, then competing as a pro from about 2003 onwards. We had two full photo/video shoots with her in 2002- in ripped contest shape at 5'2" 130, then off-season at about 150 pounds. We did gymwork both times- reps when defined, then some strong lifting when off-season, including a lot of chinups, curling 125 pounds for reps, very heavy leg presses, etc. After the gymwork she shows off her very densely developed body- a lot of size and hardness, including incredible arm, chest and back poses- in bikinis and dresses, and is interviewed. She had many high placements in IFBB pro shows during the 2000s, including at the 2009 Ms. Olympia, and as far as we know, she will still be going strong into the 2010 season.
