WPW 479 - Marlene Harden [Digital Download]

Marlene competed in bodybuilding shows in Florida in the 1990's, but turned to figure and fitness just before our sessions with her in 2001 and 2002- and she was in top contest shape both times. For the 2002 session we had another figure competitor in town- Elaina Monroe- and we were able to do one of our 'Extravaganza Strength' contests for the gymwork, where each woman does as many reps as she can for chins, curls, lat pulldowns, etc, based on their bodyweight. After that, and for the 2001 photo/video shoot, Marlene hit the shots in bikinis and dresses, and the 5'6" 135 pounder shows that she still retains a lot of muscle from her bodybuilding days, particularly for her upper body- pretty impressive for a 43 year old!
