WPW 387 - Lois Smucker [Digital Download]

Lois was a top fitness competitor from Pennsylvania known for high placements in the very demanding Ms. Galaxy Fitness Contests, which judged on beauty, physique and obstacle course. We lead off with a lot of repwork in the gym (tandem with Karen Konyha), then the 5'5" 125 pounder hits the bodybuilding poses in a bikini and several dresses, showing off a very lean physique, with very detailed biceps, triceps, calves and a strong back. And, as for all the fitness women, her physique package was topped off by facial beauty (she was 35 !) and very well groomed brown hair. An interview is also included. Lois continued to compete in the Galaxy shows after this session in 1999, but we think she retired from competition around 2005.
