WPW 385 - Danet Seely & Rene Johns [Digital Download]

Danet had been competing in local/regional shows in New England before hitting national contests in 1999. We did our photo/video session with her at the Nationals that year, when she was a very lean and wiry 5'2" 110 pounds. She was obviously not bulked, but showed off a 'racehorse-type' physique- lean legs, but a very muscular and hard upper body, featuring some of the best peaked biceps ever. She hits the shots in a bikini and several dress items and is interviewed. In addition, her stage routine at the Nationals, and her footage at the 1998 Extravaganza Strength contest, are also included. Danet gets 80 minutes here, and Renee, 40 minutes. Our session with Renee was in 1996 when she was in strong off-season shape at 5'2" 145 pounds, but she left the scene before we were able to do our contest shape work with her. We were able to do some very strong gymwork with her (racking the lat pulldown machine, bodyweight curls for reps, etc), posing in a bikini and dress, and an interview. She was from New Jersey, but we dont remember seeing her after 1996.
