Diana is pushing 50 here, but it is obvious that you would never know it. She has been training for almost 20 years, and starting competing in the very early 80's. Diana is lean and defined even when she is in off-season shape (for her), but here she is really in great contest shape, yet maintaining her good size (about 5'8" 160). And, as is usually mentioned for Diana, she was one of the few competitors who was known to have better legs than for her upper body. However, as you will see when she hits the shots in several outfits, her upper body, particularly her back, triceps and chest poses are 'right up there', and she has a very impressive 6-pack of abs as well. Diana was one of the best and most famous women of all time, and still considered to be the best poser ever. DVD runs 70 minutes.
