By the mid-90s, many of the fitness women were getting more and more muscular, including Che. With a bit more muscle, she could have done well in local or regional bodybuilding shows, so there is plenty of bodybuilding style posing in several outfits. Of particular note- Che has an impressive back, biceps, triceps, and great calves. She is also a trained ballerina and very limber and is able to do difficult splits, straddles and bridges as well- hardly 'musclebound' ! DVD runs 1 hour.
