WPW 618 - Helena Jenkins & Lucy Wightman [DVD]

We met Helena Jenkins at the 2004 Jr. USA and did some contest shape work with her there. For this photo/video session, Helena was in her smoother off-season shape at 5’4” 144 pounds, 10 pounds over last time. She is lightly muscled, but with very good biceps and killer blonde looks. Helena, who is 37 years old, starts off with some re gymwork and does some strong 100 pound curls and heavy chest machine work, then proceeds to go about 10 minutes in a row on the punching bag and heavy bag, as she is a talented kick-boxer. She then hits the shots in a bikini, dress and lingerie, and an update interview. This new material of Helena runs about 80 minutes, and to fill out the video/DVD we have included 40 minutes of posing of a “similar physique model” – Lucy Wightman, whose footage was originally on 245, from 1994. From that video we have included all the posing footage (in two dresses and bikini) and Lucy’s interview. Video/DVD runs 2 hours.
