WPW 611 - Gerri Deach & Melinda McNabb [DVD]

We have had “photos only” sessions with Gerri before, but this time we got her for both photos and video in top contest shape at the 2004 US Championships. She competed in 1989, then took a long time off, starting to do shows again a few years ago. At 5’4” and a contest shape 150lbs, she has muscle size (arms are almost 16”, thighs 24”) AND definition – and it is hard to believe she is 44 years of age!! Gerri is well developed all over, but a special nod to her incredible upper body development, featuring terrific biceps, back, chest, triceps and abs. She poses in a bikini and three dresses and is interviewed. We can’t do gymwork when we videotape at contests, but she has informed us that she has incredible strength (can do a strict bodyweight curl and almost 30 chins, etc) and we will do more with her off-season this winter. We have added Melinda McNabb’s footage from her 1997 taping, which is on 318. Melinda is just about the same size as Gerri, was in top contest shape, and hits all the shots in bikinis and dresses, and is interviewed. Tape/DVD runs almost 2 hours.
