Dina competed in a local (New York City) bodybuilding contest in 1989, and then decided to take the ‘90’s off. She resurfaced in 2004 as a fitness/figure contestant, but with her strong background, she is one of the more muscular figure women, featuring a very defined upper body (very good biceps, chest, back) and super abs, and at 5’3” and 135 pounds she is not small. Dina also has an extensive background in dance, and was a gymnast, which helps her in her fitness routines. Can you believe this mother of two is 35 years old?
