WPW 497 - Heather Foster [DVD]

Heather was impressive during our first photo/video session with her in 1996 (on WPW 306), but was uncanny six years later at the time of the 2002 Jan Tana Pro Bodybuilding show, where she was 4th in her class. It took very top women (Tazzie Colomb, Betty Pariso and Beth Roberts) to beat her, but in terms of sheer muscle size, density, hardness, etc, Heather took 2nd to no one, ever. Her upper and lower body both showed unreal amounts of chiseled muscle at 5'5" 160 pounds, and it is up for debate if she had the best biceps ever (a rear bicep shot from this session was on the cover of the April 2003 WPW print magazine). Not much else one can say- simply, one of the best video sessions ever. We could not do gymwork, but she hits her awesome shots on the streets of Lynchburg, Virginia, in a bikini and several dresses, and was interviewed. She continued to compete in IFBB pro shows for a few years (she won the 2000 Nationals), but sadly, we never caught up with her again for more work. Video running time about 70 minutes.
