WPW 457 - Karina Nascimento [DVD]

We met Karina Nascimento in the audience of the 2000 Nationals, surprised that she was not competing. An absolute raving beauty, from Texas by way of Brazil, impressed the entire WPW staff with her outrageous 'physique look' and quickly invited her to California for the first part of her two part photo/video session. During the spring of 2001 we did work with her at the 5'4" 145 pound 'smoother' look, with lots of posing in many great outfits, and some interesting gym work. There, we did some rep work to get her pumped up, but she was incredibly strong for several lifts, including easy 135 pound barbell curls and 225 pound benches for reps, very impressive for a 145 pounder. The second session was in top contest shape at the 2001 Women's Extravaganza, and believe it or not, she was about 5 pounds heavier in contest shape, showing off allot of very, very lean muscle. At this time, she posed in some more great outfits and was interviewed. Video runs 2 ¾ hours.
