WPW 449 - Trudy Ireland [DVD]

Trudy is from Oklahoma and had been competing in regional contests during the 1990's, entering the national bodybuilding scene in early 2001 at the Jr. USA- we made plans to do our first photo/video session with her that summer. She was a rock hard and a very vascular 5'3" 160 pounds, and despite being dieted for her summer show, she really showed off in the gym with many perfect-form pullups, heavy curls and other strong lifting. Posing scenes follow in bikini and three dresses, and although her legs were impressive, video emphasis was on her superior upper body, featuring huge arms, back and chest shots- pretty good for a woman approaching 50! An interview is also included. Trudy was a mainstay on the competitive scene throughout the decade, placing very high in the national and masters contests, and we did several more tapings with her after this.
