Nearly all of our WPW videos were taped by John Nafpliotis, but in 1999 we started using another free-lance videographer- Tony Duffy- as he lived in California and had better access to the west coast women. This was his first video, and although the content (posing, gymwork) is the same, you will see his own taping style here. We met Sherma at the 1999 Fitness Nationals and she was, again, another example of a great looking fitness woman with a well defined and muscular physique. She was an ex-gymnast and cheerleader and there are some scenes showing those moves, in addition to the 'regular' bodybuilding-style posing. She showed off a lean, defined physique, particularly for her upper body, and her facial beauty and personality really show through. Her fitness routine at the Nationals, and an interview, are also included. Tony did a great job here, lots of variety !
