At the time of these sessions in 1997 Yaz was a top amateur from the DC area and Natalia a top pro from Europe. We had off-season photo/videos sessions with each in anticipation of contest shape shootings, which never happened. So, the two were paired here and each hits the poses in several outfits and are interviewed. There is repwork in the gym for Natalia, but Yaz really pushed some heavy numbers- bodyweight curls for four reps (very hard), 1000 pounds for reps for leg press, racking the lat pulldown machine, etc. At 5'1 140 for Yaz, and 5'4" 155 for Natalia, they showed off lush muscularity with good hardness and definition, and Natalia's thigh definition was amazing for being up in weight. Yaz eventually turned pro, and both women competed for a bit after this, but this was our only session with them.
